Sending out unsolicited email is considered spam. FreeAutoResponce does not allow spam of any kind. Anyone spamming no matter what circumstances will be banned from the site and any accounts used for this illegal activity will be deleted immediately.

FreeAutoResponce expressly forbids the transmitting of any pornographic material legal or not. Any material determined to be not suitable (exclusively by FreeAutoResponce) will be removed with no return of any of the said material.

FreeAutoResponce expressly forbids sending any kind of unsolicited email. This includes 3rd party sending or any other type of fraudulent tactics. FreeAutoResponce does not allow the use of any rented or purchased list. Any violations of the above terms will result in the immediate deletion and permanent closing of any account determined to be involved in any way with sending unsolicited email.
